What's Excluded: Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, curb strikes, off-road driving, or misuse; repairs to suspension, steering, tires, or related parts; modified or lifted vehicles falling outside manufacturer alignment specifications; alignment work performed anywhere other than a Pacifico Auto Group location; and vehicles used for commercial purposes.
Eligibility & Enrollment: Enrollment applies to one specific vehicle, identified by VIN, and coverage may not be transferred to another vehicle or person. The first alignment service must be completed at a participating Pacifico location at the time the program is purchased, and the vehicle must be deemed safe and serviceable at enrollment, with no suspension damage, abnormal tire wear, or unsafe modifications. To keep eligibility active, guests must bring the vehicle to any participating Pacifico service department every six months for a complimentary alignment inspection. Missing a required inspection beyond the 30-day grace period following the six-month interval will result in program cancellation without refund. The program carries a one-time cost, plus applicable taxes and fees, and pricing may vary by store, so contact the dealer for details. The purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Program Terms and Conditions: Coverage remains valid for the lifetime of the registered vehicle, meaning until the vehicle is sold, traded, totaled, or otherwise no longer owned by the enrolled guest. Coverage terminates automatically if six-month inspection intervals are not met, and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed intervals or program cancellation. The program is non-transferable between vehicles or owners. Pacifico Auto Group reserves the right to modify or terminate the Alignments for Life program at any time, with notice to participating guests as required by law, and guests enrolled before a program termination will continue to receive benefits under the terms active on their enrollment date.
