Pacifico Ford Coat Drive Recap: New Coats for Philadelphia Kids
At Pacifico Ford, we believe being part of the Philadelphia community means finding meaningful ways to support the families who live here.
This season, Pacifico Auto Group was proud to participate in an effort that helped provide 300 new winter coats to local children, helping families stay warm as colder weather arrives.
A winter coat may seem simple, but for a child who needs one, it can make a real difference.
Helping Local Children Stay Warm
The goal of this community effort is straightforward: make sure more children have access to warm, new coats during the winter months.
Through the support of Pacifico Auto Group and other local partners, hundreds of coats were provided to children throughout the region.
We are especially thankful to the customers, employees, community organizations, and partners who help make efforts like this possible.
100 Coats Supporting a Local Organization
As part of the broader effort, 100 children’s coats were donated to a local organization with support from:
• PECO
• Pacifico Auto Group
• Auto Dealers of Greater Philly’s CARing for Kids Foundation
Those coats will help children living in residential programs stay warmer and more comfortable this winter.

A Tradition That Goes Back to 2008
This coat initiative is part of a much larger tradition of giving.
Since 2008, efforts connected with the Auto Dealers of Greater Philly and the CARing for Kids Foundation have helped bring warmth to hundreds of thousands of children across the region, one coat at a time.
